I recently had carpet installed in both my living room and dining room. The carpet put in was very difficult to find, and various other stores were unable to locate the carpet,and if they were it would have been a minimum of 2 months before the carpeting was actually installed. When I called the East Plano location I was in a panic, as I had to have everything done by Christmas. The receptionist and owner were very knowledgable and were able to locate the carpet, as well as give me an installation date that allowed everything to be accomplished before my family arrived for the holidays! In conclusion, Nadine Floor Company went above and beyond my expectations and treated me with the respect customers deserve, that isnt shown by alot of other stores. I will recommend Nadine's to my family and friends.

Nadine floors came and installed carpet for us on the entire 2nd floor last week. Martin and his crew did an outstanding job. Russell (sales) from west plano store is very pleasant to work with. Plus, the price is good.

If you want good price and good installation, they are tough to beat. I am tired of Home Depot's add-on pricing (stairs, furniture moving, padding, haul away, etc.) and unpredictable installation (3rd party contractors).

Now we are thinking about our next project...
Definitely will recommend them to all my friends.

I had new hardwood floors installed a few years ago by this company and they did an awesome job. They also installed granite counter tops. The manager is very professional and he made sure everything was perfect.
